Refund Policy

The short version

If the masterclass did not teach you something you did not already know, tell us within 7 days and we refund the full amount. No form to fill, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email harman@qubera.club from the address you booked with, with your order number. That is the whole process.

When the money reaches you

We start the refund within two working days of your email. It reaches your bank or card in five to seven working days after that, depending on your bank.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel or move a session and the new date does not work for you, you get a full refund whether or not the 7 day window has passed.

What is not refundable

Nothing, within the window. After 7 days, we cannot process a refund, because the material and the recording have already been delivered.
