Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

Qubera Academy is the education arm of Qubera. We run live masterclasses, courses and events on personal finance. These terms apply to everyone who books a seat on academy.qubera.club.

2. What you are buying

A seat on a live online session at a scheduled date and time, plus the worksheets and recording access described on the product page. You are not buying investment advice, portfolio management, or any ongoing service.

3. Education, not advice

Everything taught is general financial education. We do not know your full financial position, and nothing said in a class is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. For advice on your personal situation, consult a SEBI registered investment adviser.

4. Your seat

Your seat is for you. Sharing the joining link, the recording or the worksheets outside your household is not permitted and may result in access being withdrawn without a refund.

5. Schedule changes

We may move a session if the mentor is unwell or a technical problem makes it impossible to run. If we move it, you may take the new date or a full refund.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card details.

7. Refunds

8. Recordings

Sessions may be recorded. If you speak or turn on your camera during a live session, that may form part of the recording shared with other attendees.
